Extending backwards - Wilmot Place Camden NW1

The owners bought a semi-detached villa with a ghastly scullery and external lavatory extension used as a kitchen and bathroom. We replaced the roof and the side wall with the modern extension, to house a kitchen dining room and Utility area in the old bathroom.

The new insulation block extension is rendered with an integral coloured synthetic resin which is maintenance free. Limestone has been used for the worktops as well as the floors and under floor heating removes the need for radiators. The sliding doors can be fully opened which completely opens the room to the garden and covered terrace beyond.
